Obituary

Noble Kintzel, age 82 of Etna Green, IN passed away on Friday, April 22, 2022 in his home surrounded by his loving family.

Noble was born to Max and Donnis (Hand) Kintzel on July 8, 1939 in Warsaw, IN. He was raised by Max and Betty (Stine) Kintzel. He was a lifelong resident of Etna Green, IN. He married Valeria Davis on June 19, 1960 and she preceded him in death on February 28, 2017.  He was an independent truck driver for Irwin Trucking and Ecker Trucking until his retirement. He enjoyed a big campfire, sitting in his garage on a lawn chair, smoking his pipe and watching people drive past. He also enjoyed spending time with his family.  

Noble is survived by his daughters: Teresa (Steve) Jackson of Mentone, IN; Paula (Blake) Walls of Etna Green, IN; his grandchildren: Ben (Kelsay) Johnson of Warsaw, IN; Brook Johnson (Joel Stewart) of Bourbon, IN; Blair Johnson (Ryan Kreft) of Syracuse, IN; Blake Johnson of Bourbon, IN; his great-grandchildren: Ayden Kreft; Chloe Kreft; Jaylen Berry; Bryce Johnson; his brothers: Doug Kintzel (Mary Bremer) of Warsaw, IN; Ed (Glory) Stine of Marana, AZ; Dan Stine of Warsaw, IN; Nick (Barb) Kintzel of Warsaw, IN; and Mike (Becky) Stine of Peeples, OH; and his sister-in-law, Bonnie Barrett of Tippecanoe, IN. 

Noble is preceded in death by his parents, Max, Donnis, and stepmother, Betty; his wife, Valeria; and an infant sister.

Memorial contributions may be made to Kosciusko Home Care and Hospice (1515 Provident Dr., Warsaw, IN 46580).

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Deaton-Clemens Funeral Home (115 S. Main St., Bourbon, IN 46504). 

Private graveside services will be held in Etna Green Cemetery (Etna Green, IN).
